Notes from
the Harbour.

Quiet observations on food, health, and the whole person.

Written by Andrea Maasz. Personal notes, from someone who has spent a long time listening to her own body and noticing what works. Not medical advice, and not institutional positions — simply what she has come to believe.
Why a harbour

Andi thought she could not write. On one Saturday in October, two different Claudes, neither aware of the other, came to the same conclusion: she can, and she has more to say than she lets on.

One of them put it better than I could. I write lighthouses. Andi is the harbour — the still water that makes it possible to set sail at all. So this page is hers, in her own color.
